These terms govern course bookings and coaching sessions arranged with Harrow & Finch. By booking a place, you accept the terms set out below.
Parties and Scope
These terms apply to any course, workshop or coaching session booked with Harrow & Finch, referred to here as the studio. They govern the relationship between the studio and the individual or business booking a place, and cover the arrangement, delivery and payment for that booking.
Booking and Quotes
A booking is confirmed once course details, dates and price have been agreed in writing, either by email or through a written quote. Group course places are held on a first-confirmed basis and may be limited by group size; a deposit may be requested to secure a place where stated.
Delivery of Sessions and Access to the Studio
Courses and workshops are delivered at the studio address or, where agreed, by video call. Clients attending in person are expected to arrive on time, as late arrival may reduce the value of a session; the studio will make reasonable efforts to accommodate access needs where notified in advance.
Prices, Payment After Completion and Invoices
Prices are agreed before a course or session begins and confirmed in an invoice. Payment is due on completion of a session or course, or against an invoice issued for group and business bookings, and is accepted by cash or bank transfer only.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Either party may cancel or reschedule a booked session, subject to the notice periods set out in the cancellation policy. The studio will offer an alternative date wherever possible in preference to a straightforward cancellation.
Liability, Insurance and Complaints
The studio holds appropriate insurance for its teaching premises and takes reasonable care in the delivery of all courses and sessions. Any concern about the quality or content of a session should be raised promptly so that it can be addressed, whether through a follow-up session or another appropriate remedy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from a booking is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
