Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices for courses and sessions are set out clearly before booking, based on the format chosen and any group discounts. A written quote is confirmed before you commit to a date.
How prices are set
Course and workshop prices are fixed per intake; hourly coaching and mentorship are priced per hour and confirmed after an initial call to understand what is needed.
Payment methods
We accept payment in cash on completion, or by bank transfer against an invoice. No card details are collected through this site.

Invoicing
An invoice is issued once a course place or session is confirmed, showing the course name, dates and total price. Business clients booking group sessions receive a single invoice covering all participants.
Deposits and materials
A deposit of up to a third of the course fee is requested to secure a place on group courses with limited numbers; the balance is due before the course starts.
Late payment
Where payment is not received by the agreed date, the booked place or session may be released to another client.
