How do I book a project with you?
Send us a short brief through the contact form or by phone, and we will arrange a call to discuss what you need before sending a written quote.
When do I pay for the work?
Payment is due once the website is finished and approved, by bank transfer or cash on completion. We do not ask for full payment upfront on smaller projects.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel or reschedule before design work begins at no charge. Once building has started, we ask for a short notice period so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Is the quote I receive final?
Yes, the quote you approve in writing is the price you pay, unless you ask for extra work outside the original brief, which we will always confirm with you before starting.
